More Flights Added
Frontier Airlines adds more Mexico flights
Frontier Airlines is adding flights from Denver to major Mexico resort areas for the winter season.
To Cancun, flights will increase from seven to 10 flights per week with new flights on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. To Cozumel, the frequency rises from three to four flights per week, with a new flight on Sunday.
To Puerto Vallarta, service goes from seven to eight flights per week with a new Saturday flight. Frontier is also upping weekly Denver-to-Los Cabos service from seven to eight flights, adding a Saturday departure.
The new flights start the week of Dec. 19. Continenntal Airlines adds more Hawaii flights
Continental Airlines on March 7 will launch service from Los Angeles to Maui and from Orange County’s John Wayne Airport to Honolulu.
On the same date, Continental will add a second daily flight between Los Angeles and Honolulu.
Continental will use a 160-seat Boeing 737 for daily Los-Angeles-Maui service.
The Orange County-Honolulu flights initially will operate four days a week on a 124-seat Boeing 737. Continental intends to increase to daily service for the summer.
Continental also serves Hawaii with daily flights from Newark, Houston and Guam. Beginning Dec. 18, the airline will fly between Honolulu and Fiji twice a week. |
